The Inkerman Group has proven experience in the delivery of pre-employment screening services on an international basis and throughout the UK. The systems, processes and expertise exist within the business, we have an established in-house vetting team and we are currently delivering a variety of these services at many levels, from base checks through to enhanced and in-depth candidate reports at due diligence level. Services are bespoke to each client and it is recognised that each of our clients requires a personalised and discreet level of service which best meets the needs of their business and its management requirements. 

Once the full service requirements are established and agreed with the client, service level agreements and detailed processes are implemented to support the service. All services are delivered within the appropriate legislation and, specifically, in accordance with the requirements of relevant legislation in the country of employment, which in Europe is set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Human Rights legislation and good business practice. Robust and rigorous processes, checks, procedures and well-defined sources are utilised and, leading-edge technology solutions deployed to achieve maximum efficiencies.

Inkerman Screening has proven experience and expertise in delivering comprehensive range of screening services to clients in a wide variety of industry sectors – both in the UK and on an International basis, including public and private organisations. 

An experienced member of the Inkerman Screening team is allocated as the Account Manager who will directly manage the client’s screening and verification requirements and who will be the primary point of contact with the client throughout the contract.  

Additional staff from within The Inkerman Group’s screening team will also be available to deal with the required checks to ensure service continuity at all times. 

The process of change control throughout the contract period would be strictly controlled in accordance with client requirements. 

In general, the Account Management process consists of a combination of 

  • Regular updates and reporting to the client’s team 
  • Ongoing discussion and dialogue with the client, where required to complete screenings as efficiently as possible 
  • Monthly reports to include details of 
    • Status update of all screenings 
    • Record of services provided to the client, by month and cumulatively or as required 
    • Record of any performance issues vs. agreed SLAs where applicable 
  • Service meetings on a regular basis throughout the duration of the contract to discuss performance against agreed SLAs and any future developments or requirements for the service.
